Important Note on Holidays: Our team observes the following U.S. holidays, and orders will not be processed on these dates: New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Presidents’ Day (Feb 17), Memorial Day (May 26), Independence Day (Jul 4), Labor Day (Sep 1), Thanksgiving Day (Nov 27), and Christmas Day (Dec 25).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Where We Ship
We proudly ship to all addresses within the continental United States.
Please Note: We are unable to ship to:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- Any international destinations outside the continental U.S.
Address Accuracy & Your Responsibility
It is essential that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost or stolen items resulting from customer-requested package forwarding or redirection.
- Undeliverable packages that are returned to us.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, our shipping partners may dispose of it. A re-shipping fee will apply if you wish for the order to be sent again.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
