Our IP Infringement Claim Process
We’ve streamlined our reporting process to ensure claims are handled swiftly and effectively.
Step 1: Gather Your Contact Information
For us to reach you and verify your claim, please provide complete details:

- Physical Address:
Step 2: Describe the Infringed Work in Detail
Help us precisely identify your intellectual property by providing a clear description of:
- Your copyrighted work, trademark, or design:
- Details on how your work is protected: (e.g., copyright registration number, trademark description)
Step 3: Pinpoint the Infringing Content’s Location
Clearly indicate where the infringing content appears on our website:
- Exact URL(s): The web address(es) on Dayonetee where you found the allegedly infringing material.
Step 4: Affirm Good Faith & Accuracy
For your claim to be legally valid, please include these two mandatory statements in your report:
- “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”
- “I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this complaint is accurate and that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the intellectual property rights involved.”
Step 5: Provide Your Signature (Electronic or Physical)
To complete your claim, please provide your signature.
How We Process Claims
Upon receiving a complete and valid claim via email, we will:
- Temporarily disable or remove the allegedly infringing content while we conduct our review.
- Proceed with validating the claim.
- If the claim is verified, the content will be permanently removed, and future uploads of similar content may be blocked.
- We may contact the content uploader for clarification or to allow them to submit a counter-notice.
Counter-Notice Procedure (For Content Uploaders)
If you believe your content was removed due to a false claim, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Please include:
- Your full contact information.
- Identification of the removed material (including its URL).
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was taken down by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court (or equivalent local court) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
- Your signature.
We will forward this counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not initiate legal action within 14 business days, the content may be restored.

- Legal Responsibility: Filing false or fraudulent claims can lead to legal penalties and liabilities.
- Content Sourcing: We are committed to using content that is either created by our in-house team, properly licensed for commercial use, or falls under public domain/fair use principles.
- Repeat Infringer Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for users who repeatedly upload infringing content; accounts may be suspended or terminated.
