Order Returns

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items, like final sale or gift cards, are not eligible for return.

Simply email us at support@dayonetee.com with your name, order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return (with photos/videos if defective). Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address.

The party responsible for the return shipping fee depends entirely on the reason for the return:

  • Our Error (Free Return): If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we pay for the return shipping. We will provide you with a free pre-paid return label.

  • Customer Reasons (Paid by Customer): If the return is for any other reason (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. For your convenience, we can provide a label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

We handle exchanges in two ways. If the error is ours (defective/incorrect item), yes, we offer a direct, free-of-charge exchange. If the error is yours (wrong size/change of mind), no, you must return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
